RETURNS:
When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and assists in the development of better products. When returning items please let us know if you want a credit card refund or a FLORA SCIENCE store credit.
PLEASE NOTE:
We are unable to accept returns for international orders and there are no returns on materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product and we are unable to use it appropriately. All essential oils, absolutes, concretes and blends due to their high volatility and fragile nature, will require written consent from us before returns.
All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to FLORA SCIENCE is the sole responsibility of the customer.
